About NAMIK AYSAL PhD:

Namık Aysal graduated from the Department of Geological Engineering at Istanbul University in 1994. After gaining two years of experience in the private sector, he embarked on his academic career in 1996. He earned his Ph.D. in 2005, was appointed Associate Professor in 2016, and achieved the rank of Professor in 2022. He is currently affiliated with the Department of Geological Engineering at Istanbul University - Cerrahpaşa, where he also serves as one of the directors of Turkey's first and only Geochronology and Geochemistry Laboratory. Namık Aysal's research encompasses the fields of geology, petrology, geochronology, and astropetrology. He collaborates on joint projects with scientists from Turkey, Morocco, England, Germany, Italy, Iran, Pakistan, and India. His scholarly contributions include 45 research articles published in international SCI-indexed journals, authorship of a chapter in an international book, and numerous national articles. He has numerous national and international posters and presentations.
